The Max Meditation System™ uses a full spectrum of meditation techniques — breathing, deep-body relaxation, passive, active and guided meditation.
This meditation method is a fusion of ancient Mystery School lineage techniques and energies, Indian and Tibetan yoga, and modern techniques of psychology and NLP. No experience is needed.
